Nikon D700 is Nikon’s second professional D-SLR with full frame sensor (FX sensor). Nikon shrunk down and squeezed D3 into a body roughly the same size as a D300. D700 has image quality mostly identical to the D3, but D300-class handling; it shares the acclaimed 12.1MP full frame sensor (FX sensor) and the same processing engine (EXPEED), but a different shutter that is good for 150,000 exposures (300,000 on the D3), different viewfinder prism (95% coverage) and a slower burst rate….
