Last night I went to the Olympic Horse Jumping competition in Hong Kong! The event was quite successful and smooth, although there are 2 athletes fall down from the horses, luckily they are fine.

Instead of new features or performance upgrade, EOS 1000D focus on price and size that is most important to entry level D-SLR photographers. Although, EOS 1000D is a trim down version of EOS 450D, 1000D is still a large step up from 400D, because 450D is a huge step up from 400D!
